What are the terms and conditions of your Figure 8 Rewards?
- All purchase transactions (excluding purchases of gift certificates) automatically earn 5% Figure 8 Rewards Dollars. There is no registration required. These Rewards Dollars may be used as credit toward future purchase transactions (excluding purchases of gift certificates) but may not be redeemed for cash.
- Figure 8 Rewards Dollars may be applied as a credit during checkout and may not be applied toward any exchanges or post-sales transactions.
- Unused Figure 8 Rewards Dollars expire 6 months after the last purchase transactions. A new purchase transaction automatically extends the expiration date of unused Figure 8 Rewards Dollars by 6 months.
- Any Figure 8 Rewards Dollars earned from a purchase transaction may be transferred to another person 35 days after the transaction. Update: Effective Oct 1 2021, transfer of Figure 8 Rewards is not allowed
- Figure 8 Rewards are calculated based on the purchase value of the merchandise minus any coupon discounts.
- Items accepted as returns will reverse Figure 8 Rewards awards. In addition, any amount of Figure 8 Rewards that has been used or transferred to a third party will be deducted from the return credit.
- We reserve the right to void all or a portion of a customer's Figure 8 Rewards award if it has been issued, received or redeemed through human or computer error, fraud, theft or illegal means or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of this program.
- We reserve the right to modify the terms of this program or to discontinue this program at any time without any notice.
