What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to have a positive experience shopping with us. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund, exchange it for another item, or return it for store credit. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. You may obtain a prepaid label from us for a flat rate of $4.95 (US only). You may obtain your label when you request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We regret that we are unable to offer any return labels to our international customers.
Instructions for return and exchange can be found here, but before you go there, please note our policy:
- Full refund for items returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Store credit for items returned within 60 days.
- The items you send back should be new and unworn with all original tags attached. We will refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- Shipping costs and gift-wrap fees are non-refundable. Refund amount is net of any coupons applied on the items returned.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please contact us if there is a problem with your order at email@example.com.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to your original mode of payment within a week of our receiving your return package
Please be sure to use a service with tracking when returning any items to us. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
